Visa Invitation Letter

Visitors must obtain a visa to visit Canada unless they are exempt. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa in advance if required. The official invitation letter will be provided by the Conference Organizing Secretariat. You can find your visa invitation letter form in the attendee confirmation letter that will be sent to your registered email after completing your registration.

All international visitors traveling to Canada must have a passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Canada.
