You may book your room at the INTERCONTINENTAL® TORONTO CENTRE through the online hotel booking form at the headquarter hotel.

All rooms are held in an online system, allowing you to book and secure your own accommodation using either pro-forma invoices or credit/debit card.

• Negotiated delegate rates will be available to book until August 2023, we highly recommend you secure your room before August 2023 as we have a limited number of rooms.
• Individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit.
• Please note that all guests will be required to present a credit card upon check-in at the hotel.
• The official currency of booking is CAD.

Hotel Tax Policy:

All reservations are subject to all applicable taxes, currently a 4.52% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT), 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and other charges to the extent applicable, and are subject to change. 

Please note that the Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) will increase to 6.78% as of May 1st, 2023. This is applicable to all reservations on May 1st, 2023.

Hotel Cancelation Policy:

Please note that cancellation of individual guestrooms, regardless of method booked, will be subject to non-refundable full stay Room and Tax penalty if canceled after SEPTEMBER 5, 2023.

Reservations canceled on or before September 5, 2023, will be subject to one night non-refundable Room and Tax for the individual reservation.

Children under 18 stay free in parents' room.
